Conditions

• if you are being picked up at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area
• the driver will carry a sign with your name to make it easier to find you
• if your flight is delayed by up to one hour, no additional costs will be incurred; for each additional 15-minute interval, a surcharge of € 15.00 will be applied
• to avoid waiting times and additional costs, any delays must be reported in a timely manner via phone call and email
• the transfer is organized specifically for the indicated number of passengers and the selected route
• the price includes the base fare, all taxes, and selected extras
• for trips lasting more than 3:00 hours, a 15-minute coffee break is included
• additional costs may arise in the following cases:
  • in the event of road closures, requiring alternative routes, or in cases of force majeure
  • if mountain passes along the route are not passable due to risks such as avalanche danger
  • in the case of particularly heavy traffic that extends the travel time by more than 50%, a surcharge of €15.00 per additional 15-minute interval will be applied
